If you use the Firefox web browser, occassionally you will need to clear the cache for ClaimsXPress and other website's functionality, this will walk you through the process.
1. Bring up the browser's history. You can do this by,
a) Click on Tools from the top left Menu bar then click on "Options"
Or
b) Click on the three lines in the upper left, corner, go to Options.
2. Click on "Privacy & Security" on the left and scroll down to the "Cookies and Site Data" and click on "Clear Data"
3. Make sure that "Cookies and Site Data" and "Cached Web Content" are checked and click Clear.
4. Once this is complete, you will want to completely log out of any websites and close Firefox, then reopen the browser.
