1. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser and click on "Settings"
2. Click on the option for "Privacy & Security" on the left side of the settings menu.
3. Under the heading "Clear browsing data" click the button for "Choose what to clear"
4. Make sure "Cookis and saved website data" and "Cached data and files" are checked... anything else is optional to your preferences and needs. Then click the Clear button.
5. Once complete you will see an "All Clear!" alert.
6. Make sure that you log out of any websites, such as ClaimsXPress, and completely close the Microsoft Edge browser before continuing with work.
