Log into your ClaimsXPress account using your given username and password.
In the upper Right hand corner of your screen, click the square next to your Display name. Then Click "My Account"
Click the Plus sign next to the "Change Password Question" option. 
Select the option you would like to use as your question for Password recovery, and type your answer in the "New Password Answer" field next to it.
- Remember to type your current password in the field below and save your changes!
