Log into ClaimsXPress using the password provided to you.
Look for your name in the upper right corner and click on your name. Then click on My Account.
Click the Plus Sign next to “Change Password”
Type your Preferred Password in the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” fields. Type in your current password (typically the one provided to you) in the “Current Password” field below that.
Click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the My Account Screen.
